- 16 hot and spicy fish fillet strips
- 100 ml Encona hot sauce
- 1 tub of sour cream and chive dip
- 1 head of celery prepared and washed

- Baking tray
- Oven gloves
- Large bowl
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and remove eight hot and spicy fish fillet strips from the packaging.
- Place on a baking tray and add to the top shelf of the oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. You can also air fry these for 12-14 minutes!
- Using oven gloves, carefully take the fish fillets out of the oven and leave to cool for five minutes.
- In a large bowl toss the fish strips with hot sauce until well coated. Serve with celery stick and sour cream and chive dip.
