What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Iceland original shredded chicken
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 iceberg lettuce (shredded)
  • 4 mature cheddar cheese slices
  • 2 sliced red onion

  • 8 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp sriracha

Method

  1. 1. Oven cook your shredded chicken as per the on pack instructions. Did you know that you can also cook these in an air fryer?
  2. 2. Add the cheese slices to the top of the chicken five minutes before the end of cooking to melt.
  3. 3. Chop up your lettuce and slice a red onion, then mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together in a bowl.
  4. 4. Spoon the sriracha mayonnaise onto each tortilla and add the lettuce and red onion.
  5. 5. Place the shredded chicken and cheese on top of the salad and fold into a parcel.
  6. Pan fry or air fry the parcel so that the wrap sticks together, turning over when golden. Then slice and serve, delicious!
