What you’ll need
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Iceland original shredded chicken
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 iceberg lettuce (shredded)
- 4 mature cheddar cheese slices
- 2 sliced red onion
From Your Cupboard
- 8 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp sriracha

Method
- 1. Oven cook your shredded chicken as per the on pack instructions. Did you know that you can also cook these in an air fryer?
- 2. Add the cheese slices to the top of the chicken five minutes before the end of cooking to melt.
- 3. Chop up your lettuce and slice a red onion, then mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together in a bowl.
- 4. Spoon the sriracha mayonnaise onto each tortilla and add the lettuce and red onion.
- 5. Place the shredded chicken and cheese on top of the salad and fold into a parcel.
- Pan fry or air fry the parcel so that the wrap sticks together, turning over when golden. Then slice and serve, delicious!
