Combining a sweet brioche bun, tangy tomato purée and melted mozzarella, along with tasty beef patties and salty pepperoni, these crowd-pleasing burgers are sure to be a BBQ hit. - 4 luxury brioche buns
- 4 extra tasty burgers
- 100g Napolina tomato purée
- 200g Iceland mozzarella
- 80g deli speciale pepperoni slices

- Griddle pan
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook beef burgers according to the packet instructions.
- Heat a dry griddle pan and toast the brioche buns, then spread 25g of tomato purée on the base of each bun.
- Once the burgers are cooked, add 50g of mozzarella and 20g of pepperoni to the top. Cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted.
- Place the burger on the bun bases and top with the bun lid.
