Our southern fried fish fillet strip salad bowl is an easy lunch or teatime recipe for any day of the week. Packed with salad and veggies, this nutritious dish will keep you fuelled throughout the day. Serve with sour cream, corn salsa and chilli sauce for a vivacious burst of flavour. See method

- 16 southern fried fish fillets
- 2 prepared Iceland salad pack
- 1 Iceland sour cream and chive dip
- 200g cooked sweetcorn
- 100ml sweet chilli sauce
- Optional: Cucumber
Utensils
- Baking tray
- Salad bowl
- Oven gloves
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and remove eight southern fried fish fillet strips from the packaging.
- Arrange on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. Leave to cook for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Using oven gloves, remove the fish fillets strips from the oven and leave to cool for around five minutes.
- In a large salad bowl mix sweetcorn and chilli sauce and make the perfect salsa to accompany this dish.
- Place the fish fillets onto a plate along with the prepared salad. Top with sour cream and coat the corn salsa.
