  • Shire Puff Pastry Blocks
  • Biscoff Spread
  • Milk
  • Pastry Brush

Utensils

  • Baking Tray
  • Star Cookie Cutter
  • Greaseproof Paper
  • Pizza Cutter

Method

  1. Defrost pastry following the instructions on the pack.
  2. Once defrosted, roll out each block of pastry until flat and rectangle.
  3. Spread the jar of biscoff onto one of the laid out pieces of pastry and place the other piece of pastry on top.
  4. Using the star cookie cutter cut out a row of star shapes and place to one side.
  5. Using the pizza cutter slice the sandwiched pastry into strips.
  6. Fold the strips into a three layered tree shape and poke a skewer through the top to hold in place.
  7. Lay the trees on greaseproof paper on a baking tray and lightly brush each one with milk.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes until the trees are golden brown.
  9. Serve on a plate and dust with icing sugar to finish.
