- 500g Puff Pastry
- Plain Flour for dusting
- Iceland Coronation Chicken Sandwich Filler
- 1 x Egg
- Iceland North Atlantic Prawns
- 1 jar Seafood Sauce
- Iceland Small Button Mushrooms
- 165g Philadelphia Garlic and Herb
- Pepper to season

Method
- Defrost the pastry sheets according to pack instructions.
- Sprinkle some flour on a surface roll out the pastry to ½ a cm thick.
- Take pastry cutter and cut out as many circles as desired.
- Lay the circles onto a greased baking sheet and using the tip of a small, sharp knife, gently score a smaller circle in the middle, but only lightly, about halfway through.
- Brush each pastry circle with egg wash and cook in a 400F (200C) oven for about 20 mins until they rise and are golden.
- Remove from the oven and cool on a cooling rack, once cool, top with your choice of fillings.
