- 200g Iceland salt and pepper shredded chicken
- 400g Iceland ridiculously crispy French fries
- 1 diced red pepper
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 diced onion
- 1 tbsp Iceland diced red chilli
- Funky Soul salt and chilli seasoning
Utensils
- Baking Tray
- Knife
- Chopping Board
- Large Bowl
Method
- Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 180°c, then place the French fries and chicken strips on to a baking tray and into the oven for 10 minutes.
- Use a knife and chopping board to dice your two peppers, onion and a fresh red chilli.
- Once the timer is up, add the peppers and onion to the top of the chicken and fries and place back into the oven for a further eight to 10 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and pour into a large bowl. Add the Funky Soul seasoning and diced chilli, then toss together until well combined.
