If there’s anything better than a delicious naan bread dipped in a creamy chicken tikka, it’s them both combined together to create the ultimate chicken tikka pizza. That’s right, we said pizza. You can add a little colour to your toppings with sliced red onion and green pepper, and cool things down with a drizzle of mint yoghurt.   • 1 bag of Iceland shredded tikka chicken
  • 4 naan breads
  • Pataks masala curry sauce
  • 2 sliced red onion
  • 2 sliced green pepper
  • 200g grated mozzarella
  • Crucials mint yogurt

Method

  1. Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 180°c and start slicing your onion and pepper.
  2. Lay out your naan breads and spoon over a decent layer of the tikka sauce, then add the grated cheese.
  3. Place the shredded tikka chicken, sliced onions and peppers on top – go crazy with the pattern – and place onto baking trays in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Once they are cooked, finish with a drizzle of Crucials mint yogurt and serve.
