- 1 bag of Iceland smoky chilli shredded chicken
- The juice of 2 limes
- 4 toasted brioche buns
- 4 mature cheddar cheese slices
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 slices of iceberg lettuce
- 4 tomato slices

Method
- 1. Preheat your oven and follow the on packet instructions for our shredded smoky chilli chicken.
- 2. While that’s cooking, slice your lettuce and tomato and mix the lime juice with the sour cream in a bowl.
- 3. Within the last five minutes of the cooking time, carefully move the shredded chicken into four equal amounts, top with cheese and return to the oven to melt.
- 4. Once everything’s ready, it’s time to build the burger. Add the lettuce and tomato slice to the base, follow by the shredded chicken and cheese.
- 5. Top with a drizzle of lime sour cream and place the burger lid on top – yum!
