- Ragu Bolognese Sauce
- 2 tsp Iceland Frozen Garlic
- Iceland Luxury Brioche Hotdog Rolls
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 100g Iceland Grated Mozzarella

Method
- Heat up a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil and fry the meatballs until they are browned on all sides.
- Add the Bolognese sauce, Italian seasoning and the garlic and cook for another 15 minutes over a low heat.
- Open your hotdog rolls and place grated cheese on both sides. Cook in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Place four of the meatballs on top of the melted cheese. Spoon over a generous amount of sauce from the saucepan. Serve with a simple side salad or fries.
