- 100g Cornflakes
- Iceland Ridiculously Crispy Skin On French Fries
- 40g Plain Flour

Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the flour on a plate and season with salt and pepper.
- Crush the cornflakes and place them on a separate plate.
- Coat each defrosted chicken breast in the flour, then the egg, and then the cornflakes.
- Place the chicken breasts and fries on baking trays and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy and the chicken is cooked in the centre.
- Serve and enjoy!
