These chicken kebabs are delicious! Made with peppers and served with sweet potato fries See method
What you’ll need
Ingredients
- Iceland Chicken Breast Fillets
- Iceland Mixed Peppers
- Zest and juice of one lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano

Method
- Cut the chicken and peppers into approx. 1 inch chunks, place in a bowl with the marinade ingredients and season with salt and black pepper and mix until the chicken and peppers are well coated.
- If using wooden skewers soak in water for 5-10 mins, if using metal skewers no prep is necessary.
- Thread the chicken and the peppers through the skewers.
- Grill or BBQ the chicken kebabs turning frequently and basting with any remaining marinade until the chicken is cooked through, for approx. 10-15 minutes.
- Great served with a delicious Greek Salad, Sweet Potato Fries and Tzatziki. Enjoy!
