- 2 packs of Iceland Bubble Bobble King Prawns
- Iceland Steamed White Rice Bags
- Iceland Frozen Broccoli Florets
- Iceland Frozen Chopped Chilli
- Iceland Frozen Chopped Garlic
- 100g Mayonnaise
- Chilli Sauce/Sriracha
- 1 Lime
- Iceland Sugar Snap Peas

Method
- Pop the prawns into the air fryer and cook at 180 for 10-12 minutes.
- In a bowl, make the sauce by mixing the mayo, chili sauce, sriracha and the juice of half a lime. Cut the remaining lime half into quarters and save for garnish.
- Simmer the broccoli for five minutes in a pan of slightly salted water. Drain well.
- Cook the rice in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800W. Leave to stand for 30 seconds before opening the bags.
- Cut the sugar snap peas into strips. Heat up a frying pan and add a tablespoon of sunflower oil. Add the chili and garlic and fry until fragrant. Add the sugar snap peas and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully remove the prawns from the air fryer. Plate up next to the rice and veg and drizzle with your Bang Bang sauce.
