- 2 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- Del Monte Frozen Blueberries
- Hillton Clear Honey
- 50g Self Raising Flour

Method
- Defrost your blueberries at room temperature for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- When ready, beat your eggs in a bowl and mash the bananas in another.
- Combine both the eggs and banana together.
- Add in the flour and mix again until you get a smooth batter.
- In a non-stick frying pan on high heat, add a big dollop of the batter and fry each side for one minute.
- Repeat the process until all your batter is finished, then top with your extra juicy blueberries and honey!
