What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Iceland Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Iceland Wafer Thin Cooked Ham
  • 1 Cup of Iceland Sliced Mushrooms
  • Tomato Puree

From The Cupboard

  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Utensils

• Mixing Bowl
• Frying Pan
• Whisk

Method

  1. Crack the eggs into the mixing bowl and whisk together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Pre-heat the grill on a high setting.
  3. Add a drizzle of oil to a frying pan on a medium heat, fry the frozen mushrooms until soft then transfer to a different dish.
  4. Add another drizzle of oil in the pan and tip in the egg mix. Cook until nearly set.
  5. Pop the eggs under the grill for a few moments to puff up the egg one final time.
  6. Spread the tomato puree on top of the cooked egg and garnish with the cooked mushrooms, ham and cheese.
  7. Pop under the grill one final time to melt the cheese then serve, slice and enjoy!
