- Iceland 4 Pack Hot Cross Buns
- Butter
- 150ml double cream
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- Any leftover Easter chocolate!

Method
- Pre heat the oven to 170c/150 fan/gas 3
- Whisk together the cream, milk, eggs and sugar.
- Place the hot cross buns into an oven proof dish.
- Pour over the cream mixture and leave to soak for 10 mins.
- Bake for 25 mins then add your chosen leftover chocolate and bake for another 10 mins.
