Mixing a galaxy of flavours together, this easy frozen fruit recipe combines tangy pineapple and sweet blueberries with creamy Greek yoghurt for an out-of-this-world dessert. - 2 Handfuls Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Handful Frozen Pineapple
- 100ml Pineapple Juice
- 100ml Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp Non-fat Vanilla or Greek Yoghurt

- Tablespoon

Method
- Place the pineapple chunks into a blender with pineapple juice and blend until smooth.
- Add the Greek yoghurt to the blender and blend to combine. Then transfer this pineapple and yoghurt mixture to a separate jug.
- Pour your blueberries into the empty blender (no need to clean it!) with 100ml orange juice and blend until smooth.
- Into a glass, add a couple of spoonfuls of the pineapple smoothie mixture, followed by a spoonful of the blueberry mixture. Swirl the two together with a spoon.
- Repeat step four to create another layer and repeat until your glass is full. Top with frozen pineapple chunks and blueberries.
