- 4 luxury Iceland brioche rolls
- 4 extra tasty burgers
- 150g Costello Danish blue cheese
- 1 bag luxury onion rings
- 1 little gem lettuce divided between the buns

- 8 tsp Schwartz Cajun seasoning
- Sriracha

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Once up to temperature, cook the burgers according to the packet instructions, followed by the onion rings.
- Heat a dry griddle pan and toast the brioche buns, then drizzle some sriracha on the base of each bun and top with lettuce leaves.
- When the burgers are cooked, top with some blue cheese and put back in the oven for 2-3 minutes until melted.
- Place burgers on the lettuce-lined buns, top with onion rings and place the bun lid on. Bon appétit!
