- 20 crispy battered fish fillet chunks
- 2 Iceland salad pack
- 8 slices cooked and diced smoked streaky bacon
- 200g grated parmesan
- The juice of 1 lemon

- 200g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and pop a baking tray with 10 crispy battered fish fillet chunks in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- For the dressing, add mayonnaise, ½ cup of parmesan, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon into a blender. Blend for 10 seconds and season to taste.
- Prepare the salad and place into two serving bowls. Top with fish fillet chunks, drizzle with Caesar dressing and add the diced bacon.
- Sprinkle over the reaming parmesan cheese and season with black pepper to taste.
