• Iceland Mediterranean Style Vegetables in a Basil Seasoning
• Iceland Butternut Squash Chunks
• Iceland Luxury 10 Pork Sausages
• 2 tins of Don Mario Chopped Tomatoes
• Iceland Perfect Mashed Potato
• 2 tbsp Tomato Purée
• 1 OXO Beef Stock Cube
• 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

• Frying Pan

Method

  1. Put a frying pan on a medium heat, add 2 tbsp of oil and brown the sausages all over. Transfer to the slow cooker and add the Mediterranean vegetables, chopped tomatoes, puree and beef stock made up as per the on pack instructions.
  2. Cook on high for 3 hrs (or low for 6 hrs) then add the butternut squash and cook for an extra hour. Once finished, season the casserole to taste.
  3. Cook the mashed potato as per the cooking instructions and serve with the casserole. Enjoy your slow cooker sausage casserole today!
